Enhancing Dynamic selection for Line-Item Display (Tcode FBL*N)
For example, on FBL3N, let say Document Type (BLART) is missing from the dynamic selection and is needed for filter purposes:
In order to add Document Type into the dynamic selection, follow the steps below:
- Go to transaction SE37, and access logical database SDF:
2. Then, go to Extra > Selection views.
3. On the other screen, add origin of view = CUS and click on change:
4. On the Change view, the screen below will be displayed:
· The functional groups 01, 02, 03 are the groups displayed on the dynamic selection from FBL3N:
· Table/ Nodes are the group of table where various fields could be added by double-clicking on each which will then be displayed into the last part of the screen:
i) I double-click on BKPF, which brings up, the table fields related to BKPF:
From here, to add Document Type into the dynamic selection, I inserted 03 so as it will be re-grouped under document (optionally, you may do a preselect, so it appears directly into the document grouped selection)
4. On FBL3N now, you will be able to add Document Type and filter accordingly your searches:
